The Wesley James Story

In December 2022,  Wesley James Agency Ltd. was born, the business was created with a desire and passion to become a successful Hospitality and Catering Staffing Agency within Surrey and the surrounding areas.

The business was named after Caisey's late grandfather, Wesley James Hill who was a true inspiration to her, and he believed that one day she would run her own business, Caisey hopes to drive Wesley James Agency to it's fullest potential, with the help and support of her amazing team.

Caisey comes from humble beginnings,  her business streak emerged when she decided to take a risk and start up Wesley James Agency  to establish herself in the world of business, she has worked both front and back-of-house within the Hospitality and Catering sector with decades worth of experience, knowledge and understanding of both sides of the industry and how best to advise and support clients and staff.

Wesley James Agency is currently a small team hoping to grow, and provide a high-standard of staffing solutions across Surrey and the surrounding areas, we aspire to become the go-to agency for business across the hospitality and catering sector.

We operate within corporate venues, private events, hotels, restaurants, golf clubs, conference centres, leisure venues, care homes, and schools. Having had significant first-hand experience in the catering industry, our consultants understand the needs of our clients completely.
